While exploring tools for creating for online surveys, I came across
Bloeme Bergmann who is an MA student at Leiden University in the Netherlands. As part of herMaster's degree in English Language and Culture, specialisation
English Language Acquisition, she is working to research language shift among the Konkani-speaking population in Goa. And she is using ThesisTools an online service.
"My research aims
to find out whether the young generations still speak fluent Konkani,
whether they are shifting towards English, and if so, to what extent,
and the factors influencing this possible shift," she adds. Her questionnaire is available at:

On further exploration I found that
http://www.thesistools.com/index.php?ln=en
is a website where one may develop a questionnaire, mail a request to your sample and have them respond. Several options are available and at first glance seem to me to be very usable. They do not require the results of the study to be sent to them, and nor are there any charges.
Seems too good to be true. Has anyone used it?
Would love to hear your opinions on this.
